Booking Process and Terms & Conditions
Use the availability calendar to find the options for length of stay and price. If your ideal dates do not generate a quote please contact me with your requirements. The quoted rental cost includes linen, towels and energy. Arrival from 4pm. Departure by 10am. Other times by arrangment.
PLEASE NOTE – There is an additional charge of £35 for cleaning, which you add at the booking confirmation stage. This allows me to offer you reduced minimum stay lengths by taking this fixed cost out of the nightly price equation.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4. You must notify us in advance of your stay if you vary the number of guests from that stated at the time of booking.
How do I book?
To make a booking please use the availability calendar, which is powered by a third party online booking system (Inn Style). Your booking request will be reviewed for correct pricing and availability (usually within the hour) and you will then be sent a confirmation email with details on how to pay the booking deposit by secure card payment, bank transfer or cheque.
When do I pay?
You pay a £100 deposit to secure a booking. The balance is due 28 days in advance of your stay, together with a £100 security deposit which is refunded within 7 days of leaving subject to the housekeeping rules below.
Should you need to cancel for any reason, these are our terms. Notification 28+ days in advance = 100% refund; notification 14-28 days in advance 50% refund; notification less than 14 days in advance no refund. Any security deposit paid will be refunded.In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking then you will be refunded in full. In such case we will not be held responsible for any other costs associated with your stay.
Sorry, no pets allowed (building rule). No smoking in the apartment or building, including the on balcony. Any evidence of pets or smoking will automatically forfeit the £100 security deposit.
The apartment is in a block and is not to be used for any event or party. Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. Enjoy yourselves, but please respect other holidaymakers.
You must leave the apartment in an acceptable condition on departure. This means:-
- All rubbish bins emptied and bags / recycling placed in the bins in the car park.
- All washing up done, either by hand and put away or dishwasher filled and turned on.
- All food removed from the fridge / freezer and taken with you or disposed of in the bins.
Accidents do happen. Any damage needs to be paid for. I will not charge for the odd broken glass or mug. However, anything more significant will incur charge in line with its reasonable cost of replacement or repair. If this is found to be the case then I will call to discuss the issue and will never seek to profit in such a case.
