It has one allocated private parking space with limited additional guest parking available on a first-come basis. Permits are provided.

Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps a maximum of 4 people. One bedroom with a superking or twin beds plus a 140cm double sofabed in the living space. It is therefore ideally suited to a couple, young family or perhaps a group of 3-4 adults.

The space
Communal hallway with door into private entrance. Open plan living space. The comfortable sitting area to the front of the apartment is a particular feature, being flooded with light from 3 angled velux windows which make the whole space light and bright at any time of year. Off this is a balcony – a perfect spot to unwind after the days activities. A modern kitchen area is equipped with a double oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and an extending circular table for 2/4. The spacious bedroom has sliding patio doors onto the balcony plus a dressing table, bedside drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and can be accessed from the bedroom via the hallway without entering the main living space so privacy is maintained if the sofabed is in use.

Town centre access
A 3/4 minute walk down a footpath from the rear of the development brings you right into the heart of Ambleside. Please note that the path is short but steep so may not be suitable for all. Alternatively there are steps or a less steep quiet access road which can also be used. There are also several walks from the door so no need to necessarily use the car. About the Owner

My name is Nigel and I live in Yorkshire with my wife and two kids. I have been visiting the Lake District for 30 years – initially for walking and mountain biking trips, then for family adventures and more latterly for trail running and road cycling adventures. I gave up my first career in 2003 to be a ‘stay at home dad’  – and never went back! I love property and, family aside, have invested most of my time and effort in and around property since. Acquired in 2019, I organise and run Ambleview myself alongside the family home. My focus is on providing flexibility of booking date options alongside value for money, which I hope keeps the apartment busy and brings spend into the local economy year round.
